SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders above USD45.
Our orders will be shipped using FedEx, TNT, S.F., or UBX. Once an order is placed you will receive an email as an order confirmation and it will take approximately 1-2 business days for the order to be processed. As soon as an order is processed we will send you another email providing you with a tracking number for your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The typical transit time for our international orders ranges from 2 to 7 days to most places. Mauritius and South Africa is an exception where it could take up to 10-12 days. However, we can also provide expedited shipping services for an extra charge.

Return & Exchange Policy
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if any, will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
